Description
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance dining experience.
- Take and deliver food and drink orders promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
- Ensure cleanliness of dining area and utensils.
- Handle payments and assist with billing inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
- Assist in training new staff when needed.
Requirements
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year in a quick-service restaurant.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer-oriented approach, excellent waitering techniques, and basic customer management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires standing for long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, attentive, efficient, and adaptable to fast changes.
