- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory control processes and optimize storage solutions.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
- Train and develop team members for efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of warehouse performance.
- Assist with budget management and resource allocation.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant warehouse supervisory experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Excel, organized, capable of heavy lifting, flexible, staff coaching, personnel handling, and warehouse management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee warehouse operations, manage personnel, optimize storage, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Warehouse environment, requiring physical stamina and adaptability to changing conditions.
- Qualities and Traits:
- Strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
- Applicants must be graduate of any 4 year course
- with at least 2 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor
- Amenable to work on site in G Araneta Ave QC
- Salary offer: 25k / month
