Keterangan

  • Conduct research on labor laws, regulations, and case law to ensure compliance and advise the organization.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, agreements, and policies in line with labor laws.
  • Represent the company in labor disputes, including complaints, hearings, and settlements with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
  • Ensure that the company complies with all labor laws, including wage, benefits, and working conditions.
  • Advise management on handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Handle cases related to employee claims such as illegal dismissal, underpayment, or labor violations.

Persyaratan

  • Graduate of Political Science (with additional qualifications in law or a law-related field may be preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Labor Code of the Philippines, related laws, and HR practices.
  • Experience in a legal or HR role, ideally in labor law.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Kamuning Quezon City
