Description
- Set up and operate machinery for production.
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Adjust settings and perform regular maintenance.
- Follow safety guidelines and quality control procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in machine operation preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate machines, monitor production levels, conduct quality checks, and maintain equipment.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced manufacturing environment with potential noise and safety hazards.
- Qualities and Traits: Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
