Core Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily operations of the strategy trading module, developing and executing user growth strategies, including user acquisition, retention, and activation;

2. Collect user feedback and collaborate with product and technical teams to promote product functionality optimization and iteration, enhancing product usage and user satisfaction;

3. Develop comprehensive strategic marketing plans, transforming complex strategy products into user-friendly marketing content, and improving conversion rates through case studies and data visualization;

4. Identify potential strategic partners, establish a strategy supplier database, introduce high-quality third-party strategies to enrich the platform ecosystem, design strategy revenue-sharing mechanisms, and enhance collaboration stickiness with strategy providers;

5. Monitor strategy trading-related data, regularly produce analysis reports and provide optimization recommendations, track industry product trends and competitor movements, and adjust operational strategies timely to maintain a competitive advantage;

6. Utilize data analysis to uncover user behavior characteristics and optimize user segmentation operational strategies;

Job Requirements

1. Over 3 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with more than 2 years of operational experience in contract trading or strategy trading; 2. Demonstrated outstanding user growth and product optimization experience, familiar with user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies; 3. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit, able to effectively drive cross-departmental cooperation;

4. Excellent marketing mindset with the ability to develop packaging and marketing strategies;

5. Results-oriented, with strong stress resistance and execution ability;
