Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for after-sales support through online customer service chat tools;
• Responsible for a portion of email and telephone customer service;
• Provide timely and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries to enhance after-sales service satisfaction;
• Document and summarize customer inquiries, needs, and feedback, and ensure relevant issues are collected for reporting;

• High proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
• Experience in English customer service is preferred.
• Associate degree or higher, capable of operating a computer, and proficient in using office software for document editing and tables;
• Excellent communication skills and patience, able to closely collaborate with partners or clients of different styles and personalities;
• Diligent work ethic, strong sense of responsibility, high service awareness, and some training skills and abilities.
• Strong learning ability, able to continuously learn about various types of software and hardware products offered by the company;
• The company specializes in video surveillance camera products, and experience in customer service for 3C cameras is preferred.

Work mode: Shift system; 6 days off each month on alternating weekends;

Working hours (Beijing Time):

Early Night Shift: 20:00 – 04:00;

Late Night Shift: 03:00 – 11:00;
