Descrição:
- Analyze project costs and develop budget estimates.
- Prepare and maintain cost reports to track expenditure.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Evaluate supplier bids and perform value engineering assessments.
- Monitor project progress and adjust forecasts accordingly.
- Assist in risk assessment and management related to costs.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cost estimating software, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in cost estimates, budgeting, and financial reporting for projects.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential site visits; may involve some travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
