ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and Execute SMM Strategies: Design and implement tailored strategies for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and others, ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Content Creation & Coordination: Brainstorm innovative content ideas, write clear briefs for designers, and ensure the production of eye-catching, engaging visuals and posts.
  • Community Management: Actively engage with followers in comments and direct messages, providing prompt responses to inquiries, and routing queries to customer care or relevant departments when necessary. Maintain a clean social media environment by moderating spam and scam content.
  • Surveys & NPS: Run surveys and gather Net Promoter Score (NPS) statistics to measure user satisfaction and understand brand perception.
  • Ad Campaigns: Develop media plans for purchasing ads across social channels or through influencers/bloggers, ensuring campaigns achieve optimal engagement and ROI.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular audits of competitors' social media efforts to stay ahead of trends and make data-driven improvements.
  • Organic Growth: Drive the organic growth of social media accounts, groups, and channels, focusing on attracting both new customers and retaining existing ones.


Key Requirements and Skills

  • Experience & Results: Proven track record in growing social media accounts from scratch to success. Provide case studies or examples that demonstrate measurable growth and high engagement.
  • Analytics Expertise: Knowledge of analytics tools specific to social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, TikTok Analytics) and the ability to apply data to optimize strategies.
  • Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can switch between formal, professional, witty, and viral tones depending on the situation.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Experience running paid campaigns, including ads purchased from bloggers and social channels, with a solid understanding of targeting, ROI, and optimization.
  • Trend-Savvy: Deep knowledge of current trends, viral themes, and memes, and the ability to leverage these creatively for brand awareness and engagement.
  • SMM Metrics Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of social media metrics and how to interpret them to optimize content and campaigns.
