Creative, collaborative and enthusiastic digital marketer that has expertise in social media marketing to join our growing Digital Marketing Operations team. The role will combine marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance our company’s social media presence. The person will work with Marketing peers to launch innovative and impactful social media campaigns as well as drive remarkable content and strategically expand our market reach through followers and sharers.

Accountabilities

• Have a deep understanding of RXs’ audience, market, solutions and business models

• Work with various business units and regional Branding & Communications leads in setting the corporate branding content plan and strategy around using social media platforms as delivery channels

• Implement and schedule post in social media channels

• Have a scalable process to track promoters and detractors, and protocols on how we respond to them

• Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by aligning with show teams and brand managers

• Collect data and analyze interactions and visits, use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns

• Grow and expand the social media footprint of various RX brands

• Define best practices within RX on how to operate social media platforms

• Track, review, analyze the performance of our social media channels and drive plans to improve results and/or address gaps

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder, any course

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience on social media management.

• Knowledgeable in using social media platforms such as: FB, IG, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media management tools used for copy writing and strategizing social media events

• Knowledgeable on how to create social media calendar for events/shows RX are supporting

• Strong and effective communicator and a reliable team player
