- We are looking for dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Call Center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- High School / Senior High School Graduate or higher.
- No prior BPO experience required (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
