Outbound Sales (Philippines - Remote)

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team as Outbound Sales Associates. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential BPO customers, introduce them to our services, and qualify them as potential leads for our sales team. Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists.

· Engage prospects, introduce products/services, and qualify leads for the Sales Execs.

· Follow a script while keeping the conversation natural and engaging.

· Use basic CRM tools to log interactions and track leads.

· Handle and track objections and build rapport to create interest in our offerings.

· Work towards individual and team targets, with opportunities to earn incentives for performance.

Requirements

· with BPO experience – A BPO sales background is a must!

· Confident and persuasive communicator with the ability to keep conversations engaging.

· Comfortable making outbound sales calls and handling customer questions.

· Willing to learn basic CRM tools to manage and update lead information.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven with a positive attitude.

· Must be able to work US business hours (Night Shift in PH).
