Description

  • Directs and oversees the operations goals, policies and initiatives of assigned business unit.
  • Establish a short-term and long-term plan sales strategies.
  • Ensures efficient and profitable management, setting sales targets, managing inventory, and pricing items.
  • They recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a productive work environment.

Requirements

  • With at least two (2) year experience in sales from the rank to managerial level.
  • Preferably handling food sales and willing to work in a wet market and in any places.
  • With strong interpersonal skills, good at convincing people positively.
  • Easy to adapt, willing to learn the business with persistence and endurance.
  • Can recruit qualified candidates and do training of staff.
  • Willing to go on different places and work on field.
  • Ability to manage numbers and analyze data.
  • Trustworthy and values integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
